This thread is so everyone can post about different Muslims that they are witnessing to. Muslims have come to our country from every country in the world. I'd love to see how many different countries they are from. Every life you touch here will touch the lives of their friends and family back in their home country. It's a huge opportunity.

You could say I’m building bridges with a Muslim guy. My room mate, Quadeer, is a Muslim from Pakistan. I would like everyone who reads this to please pray that he would realize his need for a saviour and that he would put his faith in Jesus Christ alone to save his soul. He has invited me to go to the mosque with him and I will hopefully go this Friday. Please pray for me that God would give me wisdom and opportunities to witness to him, his friends, and to people at the mosque.

Hey Trip. We'll be praying for Quadir. My wife's uncle is from Pakistan. His name is Tarik Quadir. His daughter recently accepted Christ as her Savior. It can happen. Start believing!

Aaron, I have a Muslim friend, Imran Haider, who has been visiting Decatur Baptist with his fiance. Imran's uncle is an Imam, and his entire family is Muslim. Imran doesn't exactly practice his faith, and we talk often. He is the last unsaved friend I have, as the Lord has saved or taken the remainder of my unsaved friends out of my life. I am truly burdened with his spirituality. Please pray for this young man as I have tried to explain to him that "being a nice guy," will make you a great neighbor, but definately won't get you into the Kingdom. He's being witnessed to, so just pray that the Lord would soften his heart and have him be receptive. My feeling is if you look for someone in the dark long enough, they just may find you. Praying for safe travels for you, Jillian, Noah, and Josie as your travels quickly approach. God Bless!

Hey Dane. I will be praying for him. Andy Stanley wrote a great book I just gave to two Muslim friends I have. It is called "How Good is Good Enough." It deals with the problem you are talking about in real plain English. Their names are Ali and Ishan. They are from Turkey. We've witnessed to them for months. I consider them good friends and am praying for them. Also, let me encourage you to make more unsaved friends. That is our light and our witness. We ought to seek friendships with the lost and share Christ through that established trust. I try to have my phone list of numbers half full of lost friends numbers. I am praying!

Hey Aaron, Just sent you a personal email regarding a few things unrelated to my last post... but yeah, I agree with you that we are to have relationships with the lost (this is why Daniel "...sat in the gate of the king" - Dan 2:49 rather than in the kingdom of Nebuchanezzar). I was a bit unclear and was really speaking of very close personal friends. But thanks for the reminder and I'm sure the Lord will use this conversation for many as a "Wow, I never looked at it that way." We should be close enough to influence without "living in their world." Will definitely pick up Stanley's book!... I'll be travelling to his church in May for a conference for children's leaders. Thanking God daily for you!-dane

I hope all is well as you are witnessing to the Muslims. I recently met an Egyptian Muslim named Ahmed. We seem to be building a good relationship. I also work with several Lebanese Muslims. Mike and Amel along with their children are Muslims. Mike seems to be more dedicated than the rest to his false religion. Pray God uses me to see these come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
